Faceless conquer SEA to punch their tickets to the Manila Masters

April 14, 2017

Iceiceice and co. continue to lord over the region

After a long week of intense Dota 2 action, we see a familiar face climbing to the top of Southeast Asia.

Faceless earned the right to represent the region at the Manila Majors May, dropping only a single game through the brackets to keep their throne safe and add yet another global LAN tilt to their continuously growing resume

They capped off their spectacular run by finishing off a resurgent Mineski-Dota squad in a tightly contested grand finals, after the latter tore through the lower bracket, finding their feet thanks to  the recent insertion of Adam/343 into the Mineski starting lineup.

Still this would not be enough to prevent Faceless from going all the way.

With the result, Manila is all set to get rocked by the Singapore-based squad, featuring no less than one of Dota’s most entertaining figures, both in-game and outside, iceiceice the Timbersaw lord himself.

You can find the full tournament brackets here.

Faceless Roster

  • Dominik “Black^”Reitmeier
  • Anucha “Jabz” Jirawong
  • Daryl Koh “iceiceice” Pei Xiang
  • Toh Wah “xy-“ Hong

With the seventh spot now sealed, all that remains to be determined is the team the team that will represent the hometown crowd.  The Pinoy Tour will conclude on the first week of May.
